I have been a patron of this fast-food restaurant since 2011. It was referred to me by a colleague.
Before, this restaurant was just a makeshift eatery that specifically sells shawarma.
Now, Tri-Mo Shawarma has diversified and metamorphosed into a restaurant. Its store was relocated adjacent to its former location—which is now a car garage today.
Many food stalls have already produced and peddled shawarma but unfortunately, some of them have not impressed me not the way Tri-Mo Shawarma has satiated me.
What I like most about their version of shawarma is its succulence. It is also meaty and cheesy.
They also offer other famous Filipino delicacies like papaitan, nilagang baka, bulalo, among others.
Enjoy this traditional Middle Eastern-meat sandwich in Fairview, Quezon City.
