Ryan Tugawin, a native of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, started his career in professional cycling at the age of 23 in 2013.
He had his first baptism of fire in a professional cycling tour when he first participated in LBC Ronda Pilipinas in 2013, under the banner of Enrile Team, becoming its lap four first runner-up, staged in Cebu Province.
In 2019, Tugawin became an all-Filipino podium finisher 1st runner-up in the first-ever UCI-sanctioned LBC Ronda Pilipinas ninth edition race held in Panay Region.
A former Tarlac Central Luzon rider and lap 2 winner in LBC Ronda Pilipinas 2020 Legazpi City stage, the 32-year-old-Vizcayano still has something up in his sleeves these days.
Now, the Solano pride is under the guidance of Excellent Noodles’ top honcho, Mr. Alexander Billan.
