Baguio City has been the “Summer Capital of the Philippines” since 1904 after the declaration of the Philippine Commission during its regular session held at the Old Baden-Powell Hall, atop the famous Session Road.
The Salaknib class is also distinguished because eight female cadets were in the Top 10, eclipsing the record of 7 female cadets of PMA Kalasag-Lahi Class of 1997.
This is one of the 42 attractions inside the 373 ha Philippine Military Academy in Fort Del Pilar, Baguio City. The Cadet Circle is a rotunda where you can find a huge "Shaku" upon entering PMA.
