Jan Paul Morales is the unrivaled LBC Ronda Pilipinas' back-to-back champion (2016 to 2017). Further, the former track cyclist is acknowledged as LBC Ronda Pilipinas' second multiple winner, after Pangasinense rider Santy Barnachea (2011 and 2015).
THE PHILIPPINE NAVY TOP GUN RONALD ORANZA
Ronald Nozuelo Oranza was born on 2 December 1992 in Barangay San Nicolas, Villasis Town, in the Province of Pangasinan. The five-foot-ten Navy all-rounder is the youngest among eleven children of farmer Daniel Fabro Oranza and Barangay Health Worker Oranza Dominga Nozuelo Oranza.

The Philippine Navy all-rounder, El Joshua Cariño, is the 21st Pangasinan cycling great since his province mate Rufino Gabot won the cycling championship in the eight-day Tour of Luzon in 1957. Since then, the next races have marked the domination of Pangasinenses in Philippine cycling history.

PRUride PH is the country's largest annual cycling festival in the Philippines. It aims to engage the growing cycling community in the Philippines; raise awareness on cycling as a sustainable, alternative mode of transport; and promote health and wellness. The bikathon has been around since 2016.
